Oly wholesale customers include: residential and contract designers; retail furniture dealers, gift & department stores, real estate developers, visual merchandisers & stagers; and directly to hospitality. Parties with valid resellers licenses and commercial loading docks are welcome to apply for a wholesale account here.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF ALL OLY IMAGERY (AS DEFINED BELOW) PROVIDED TO YOU BY IO COMPANIES AND CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") BETWEEN YOU AND IO COMPANIES. BY OBTAINING, USING OR PAYING FOR ANY CONTENT FROM IO COMPANIES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE APPLICABLE TERMS, DO NOT OBTAIN OR USE ANY CONTENT FROM IO COMPANIES.

Reference is made to the Terms & Conditions entered into by and between Designer / Wholesaler (as defined therein) and IOCompanies . The following Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms & Conditions") govern the relationship between Designer / Wholesaler and IO Companies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions, the Other Terms, and any PO, the order of controlling documents is as follows: the PO Terms, these Terms & Conditions, Other Terms. Terms and Conditions are subject to change and this agreement supersedes versions.

To submit COM, please complete 3 COM forms (1 for your records, 1 for the fabric house to attach to the roll, 1 for OLY) Be sure to print out the mailing label and direct the fabric house to mark the roll with the mailing label. Follow this attach instructions to submit a COM form. 1 COM form must be submitted per piece. Any departure from this process will jeopardize the order. Please note COL may require 10% more fabric than what Oly provides as a directional guideline. The responsibility of determining the amount of fabric is the designer’s responsibility.

Open Form 

Oly supports a minimum advertising pricing (MAP) policy. Oly believes a MAP Policy will not only encourage retailers and resellers to promote and invest in properly positioning Oly products, but will also help in establishing the long-term value of the Oly’s brand in consumers’ minds.

For projects with immediate deadlines or impromptu holes in your floored assortment, Oly provides a stock check updated daily. Products in stock will ship from the Reno distribution center within 72 hours after receipt of payment. Stock check is not live so if quantities are limited call your representative to confirm availability.
