Some items require additional charges to ensure safe delivery. Artwork, lighting, glass and a variety of other items may need to be securely palleted and packaged. Lampshades may require special handling fees. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge".

No. Deliveries are sent by FedEx or freight carrier. Post office box delivery is not available.

At this time, Oly does not ship internationally or to Canada via the website. If you are interested in delivery to any of these locations, special arrangements can be made for orders over $5000.

When an order is processed by our care center, a tracking number will be assigned to the shipment. An email notification with a tracking number will be sent when your package is en route. Note if the order contains more than one item, items ship as available. Orders may not ship together. In these cases, tracking numbers will be assigned to individual shipments. Emails will be sent based on individual shipments.

Furniture and large items ship via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The freight companies will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically 2-4 hour blocks) that works for you.
For standard freight delivery, shippers deliver furniture to the driveway.
White Glove in home delivery is available and mandatory with certain products. If you would like the item placed inside the threshold of the home or in a particular room and would like all packing materials removed, please indicate White Glove. Freight items can be ONLY shipped within the 48 contiguous states. -
If your scheduled appointment is missed, you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them.
If you need to reschedule the delivery with the carrier, please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments.
Oly can not reimburse the customer for delivery or re-consignment fees. Please schedule with care.

Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects DO NOT sign for the items.
Contact customer care immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation.
If you are unable to get in contact with customer service, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery.
Oly can not assist the customer in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed. -
As noted on each of the products, some furniture is only available to ship Standard. Furniture assembly is not included, but may be available if it is arranged before order is placed. Please contact customer care before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly for a fee if possible.
In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges. Please contact customer care to discuss any special delivery requirements.

You can find a reasonable estimate of the delivery time specified on every product page. It is important to note that this is an estimated shipping time and can not be guaranteed.

White glove service is available for many of our larger furniture items for a fee within the continental US. Upon delivery, carriers will unpack, place items in a designated room (2 flights of stairs is included with Premium freight delivery) and then remove the packing materials.
Assembly service is not included.
