Terms of Purchase
By purchasing using olystudio.com, customers agree to following terms and conditions.
• At this time olystudio.com inventory is not live. As a result inventory errors may occur. If inventory errors occur, OLY will inform the customer. OLY will not capture payment if the customer does not want to wait for the item to be made.
• Although Oly does its best to ensure prices on olystudio.com are correct – OLY reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices listed on other websites may not be accepted. OLY sells product through a number of different online channels and cannot control when/if prices are updated. OLY reserves the right not to accept a price listed incorrectly on olystudio.com or on any other channel.
• Some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size, weight or handling requirements. These additional costs ensure that the items are packaged appropriately and arrive in perfect condition to your home. Our team will communicate additional charges when they confirm your online purchase.
Shopping at Olystudio.com is simple and secure. All credit card information is protected by Authorize.Net, an industry leader in encryption.

Types of Purchases
In-stock. If an item is in stock, it will typically dispatch from our Reno distribution center within 72 hours after a team member has confirmed the purchase details, freight services and captured payment off line. Transit times will vary depending on the ship to location.
Quick Ship. Oly strives to keep our most popular finish combinations in stock. If the quick-ship item is not in stock it should be here soon.
Made-to-Order. If an item is out of stock, OLY is happy to make the item in the exact finish and fabric combination chosen. Items that are not in-stock must be made-to-order and can neither returned or exchanged.
Cancellations on in-stock and quick ship purchases can be made prior to items leaving the Reno distribution center, usually within 48 hours of confirming the purchase. In-transit purchases that are cancelled incur a 25% restocking fee.
Please pay close attention to finish, fabric and top options when purchasing. Note: item selected may not be reflected in website photo. Cancellations of made-to-order purchases may be made within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, made-to-order purchases are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

Shipping &Freight Services
Currently, OLY ships only to the continental US via olystudio.com. To find out more about potential international shipments outside of the continental US please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212.219.8969.
Accessories and small tables typically ship via Fed Ex ground. A team member will be in touch to verify item availability and the optimal shipping method.
Larger items ship on a pallet to ensure safe transit. Note: purchases will ship as the items become available and may not ship together. A mandatory $ 200 Freight Service Fee is applicable per shipment.
Each Freight Service Fee includes: a scheduled appointment, delivery to a room of choice, and removal of debris. A flight of stair premium may be applicable. A third party freight company will call the customer to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item will fit into the respective door frame or elevator shaft. Delivery does not include professional installation of lighting or stabilizing of larger items by securing them to a wall (shelving/mirrors, etc.)

Please note that all items must be opened and inspected at the time of delivery and the delivery receipt noted appropriately. Customers have the right to refuse delivery if an item has been damaged in transit. If items are accepted as good and the carrier released, all freight/handling damages become the responsibility of the customer and Oly will be unable to assist with replacement/repair or refund.
Once items are delivered to Reno, NV, pass quality inspection and are enroute - a tracking number will be sent out.
Each hand-made item incorporates a variety of natural materials with inherent variations in grain, tone, striation, and color. As such expect a degree of variation from fabric and finish samples, photos displayed in catalog, website and items in store. If in doubt, you have the option to purchase through a designer who has a sample kit or an authorized retailer.
Oly accepts returns for in-stock items in original condition with original packaging within 7 business days of delivery. Returns of in-stock items must be requested within 7 business days of delivery. Keep original packaging. Items not in original condition with original packaging will be neither accepted nor credited.
All made-to-order purchases are final sales. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on made-to-order purchases.

• Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Free outbound shipping is not refundable as services have already been rendered and charges were not incurred by client.
• Packaging materials must be saved to ensure safe return.
• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase upon item inspection.
To Process a Return
• Be aware that Oly charges a nominal 25% restocking fee for returns.
• Keep the original packaging. Items that are not in original condition with appropriate packaging will be not be credited or accepted.
• Email email@example.com to be assigned a Returns Merchandiser Authorization number (RMA – RMA stands for Return Material Authorization)
• Be aware: original shipping charges and charges incurred to ship items back to the distribution center are non-refundable. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise. If you misplaced or discarded the original packaging, a shipping company will assess a charge to re-pack the item(s) in appropriate packing materials. This amount will be deducted from the amount of the purchase.
• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase.
• Other retailers cannot facilitate returns. Oly cannot accept returns for purchases made from other retailers.
The following items are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Made-to-order purchases
• Items purchased on sale
• Auction / One of a Kind items
• Jewelry / Handbags
All Made-to-order purchases are final sales. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on Made-to-order purchases.
Small décor exchanges items may be accommodate on a one-time basis per order but shipping charges are non refundable per above.
Furniture items are neither exchangeable nor returnable. Be aware shipping charges and re-packaging charges incurred to ship the item back to the distribution center are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping charges and re-packaging charges will be deducted from the amount of the purchase.
Freight Damage & Incorrect Shipment
Upon delivery, take time to inspect all delivered items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and note the delivery receipt appropriately. All claims must be filed with Oly within 3 business days of original delivery.
A claim for shipping/handling damages will not be accepted unless the damages are noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. The customer has the right to refuse shipment if carrier damage is apparent. Freight/Handling damage, including but not limited to damage evident on outside packaging, must be noted on carrier’s proof of delivery prior to release of the carrier’s driver or the receiver assumes full responsibility for damage. In the event the customer fails to note damages on carrier’s paperwork. Oly will be unable to initiate a claim with the carrier on behalf of the customer and the customer assumes responsibility for all damages. If an item does not arrive as specified, Oly reserves the right to have the item replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. Contact customer service immediately to begin this process.
Refunds are processed to the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of confirmed receipt of the return. Note: it takes time to process and inspect the return, process the credit and for the credit to post with the card processor and issuing bank. All returns and exchanges will be credited less 25% restocking fee and all associated shipping and packaging costs.
